rights of daughter on father's self acquired property

As per law daughter has equal rights and share  in self aquired property of her father as son and also has in ancestral property.In case father dies intestate then his legal heirs have equal rights and share in his self acquired property.

Yes, daughters have an equal share in the property of the father along with the sons. So the property will be divided equally between all the siblings. You have to get the legal heirship certificate from the court to get the property in your name. 

She has a 1/3rd share in the intestate property left behind by her father, if her mother is also not alive, otherwise share would be 1/4th.
