I have bought a flat at Chennai during 1999. Got it registered at Velachery SRO.
Recently I have observed certain mistakes in the Sale deed document as follows:
1) Survey number is wrongly typed
2) One of the Boundry is wrongly typed
The Seller is not traceable.
How to get the Sale deed rectified?

If the vendor is non-tracable get a declaratory suit be filed through a local prudent lawyer.
