Criminal not arrested after charging sections 324, 323, 504 and 506

Police filled an F.I.R and left the person on warning. After a few months of settling down the process of mental and physical torture has begun again by an actual psychopath lady in neighborhood who aims to harras my family from years. What process should be carried further?

If she continue harrassment even after fir and warning you can again file complaint in police station.

this time give application directly to SSP that concern police station is not acting as per law.
