Husband wife problem

Its ky arrange marriage me and my husband don't have any problem. My mother in law has problem with me. Me and my husband are living apart. Want to get togather but i want to put some conditions as he wants to visit his mom twice a day and doesn't want me to see my parents at all. So is there any legal possibility or Mou which can fulfill my condition?
