FOR CRPF REJOIN

Respected sir,
I'm Sreejith from Malappuram,Kerala.Last year on Dec 22 l had joined in crpf but due to some domestic problems I had to resign my job on mar 31,2018.sir I need to rejoin my job,kindly help me
how to possible rejoin in my job.i expect Ur valuable replay sir.

competent authroity has a discretion (not binding) to revoke resignation within 3 months if there is chaged circumstances and if he considers re-joining in public interest.

Once you have resigned, it is on the employer's decision to rejoin.

Agreeing with Mr Pradip Nath, I will add that this discretion is not indefinite in govt sector. In govt sector resignation can be revoked by appointing authority if :-
