I want to buy a plot in a layout (under construction) in Bangalore, the builder says only Stamp duty has to be paid for Sale agreement and there will be no registration for it, Registration will be done only during Sale deed execution, is he correct? I read somewhere that Sale agreement also needs to be registered even if Stamp duty is paid.
