HOW THE RCR WILL HELP???
RCR IS ONLY TO COMPELL THE WIFE.
IT WILL NOT HELP IN 498-A
498-A IS A DANGEROUS WEAPON IN THE HANDS OF WOMEN
SO RCR IS NOT USEFUL IN THIS CASE. ND WILL NOT HELP

I think RCR is only a tool to misguide others that you still love your wife and she has deserted you without any cause. It true that you can obtain some positive marks in contesting the case of 498, if it is filed.

I think RCR is an absurdity in all its aspects. No one can force a woman to cohabit with a man if she does not wish to do so. Nor can a man live with a woman if he has no feelings for her. The practical aspects of such a situation are simply mindboggling. Giving judgements ordering RCR is a wanton hypocrisy of the courts, knowing well that they are not in a position to enforce it.
