Right to attend court

Dear Friends and Members. .If an advocate is enrolled with Bar Council of Meghalaya.Can he practice in Supreme Court or any other lower Court in delhi.Please also clearly regarding the rights of advocate to see the proceedings in any higher court without having membership of that respective Court.

To have practice is SC or HC u need NOT require membership of court.

For HC u need to have 5 years practice in district or subordinate court while To practice in SC u need to give examiatiion for practicing conducted by SC and qualify in that examiantion.

Any advocate who is member of BCI and comply above requirement can do practice in ANY court of india .
