a group of us friends are nearing retirement/already retired. we would like to stay and grow old together. we need to buy about 2-3 acres of agricultural land in western maharashtra / or near the sahyadris on the deccan plateau. only 3 of us 20 are farmers. how to go about purchase of land, and arrange to construct cluster dwellings totaling say 10000 sq ft.in the area so that we will have enough space to grow fruits, vegetables etc. in addition to the advice on this forum, we will need proffessional legal help.
