Hello
the property is in mumbai, after the death of my father in law, my mother in law and my wife are the legal heirs of the proeprty , my wife had gifted her ratio to me and the deed is registered,
my query is that what are the documents to be submitted to society to make me the member of the society?
is there any fees payable? how much?
Can i contest for the election of secretary and chairman of the society?
Please guide me

The society is under obligation to appraise you and provide you with requisite procedure and forms.
Relate with society bye laws and Model Bye Laws.

It is as simple as that:
Ther are prescribed Model Bye Laws.
Society shall frame its bye laws in accordance with these.
Society shall provide you with requisite forms, procedure.
You can check variance if any by relating with Society bye laws, Model Bye Laws.
