Urgent help

Respected All

 I need your kind attention on the following issue, I manage a business in Defence Est. since 1998, everthing was going well but for last couple of years my business is absolutely nil, It is my only source of income. and the reasion behind my business downfall is a senior officer in Defence Est. He ordered junior not to use any facilities from my shop, now i want to know can i do anything about this legally, is there any law which can help me to resolve my problem, can book such Senior Officer under any law. Hope all understand seriousness of the problem and revert back. I will be very greatfull for your valueable inputs.

In absence of binding contract i think you don't have any legal remedy.

 Can anyone advise me that are there any rules for Indian lawyers advising foreign clients on matters of 1.) indian domestic law 2.) international law?
