Drinking and singing in loud voices

Hi

My neighbour is holding late night parties in the terrace of his house once in 15 days. The party runs beyond 12 am and usually last till 3am. Usually 7-8 men and 3-4 women attend the party regularly. They are all my neighbours too. Since such gathering are conducted in my adjacent house its a nuisance to me and disturbs the sleep of my specially abled kid causing us a lot of trouble. I would like to file a police complaint agaisnt the same. Ours is a colony of 14 houses, indivudually developed my each owner. What are the charges i can file against such nuisances

Lodge police complaint in police station of your area against all your neighbors about their late night party and police will frame charges accordingly. You don't worry about charges.

Before seeking legal remedy it is better to discuss and sort out the issue amicably with the intervention of neighbours and respectable persons of the society.

When it becomes impossible to get amicable solution file a complaint with police.

I truly agree with it. But i wish to have a police complaint filed as it becomes a warning for everyone in the community

You are going to live in the same location with others remaining as your neighbours, this is not one day issue, hence first try to talk to the neighbours, get the issue sorted by expressing your concern over this disturbance and after that, if necessary you can proceed legally through police.
