Hi Experts,
Wife has filed 498a along with 406,506 etc.
406 she has said all her streedhan and gifts are taken by husband. Now if husband is able to prove beyond doubt that all the mentioned items are with wife and get fre of 406 charge, what action he can take on wife.
Also all the witnesses who gave false evidences , can they be prosecuted?

you can file perjury case against her while the trial is going on u/s 191 ipc

So you mean to say i shall file a separate petition in same court u/s 340 and 191 of IPC
