documentary evidance

i am respondent advocate in the civil suit my client got summons with the plaint but d.e. list was not provided with the summons so i asked the adv of plaintiff he is also does not want to provide it i would like to produce w.s. so applied before the court for the demanding  D.E. but court told me under which provision of c p c u demand pls write down after that i argued that u have power u/s 151 but not considered and given back my application do any learned know the provision if yes pl tell me thanks

Dear Prakash,

There  is provision in C.P.C. o.7 rule 9 bombay amendment

1] Plaintiff shall endorse on plaint or annex thereto a list of documents{if any] Wich he finds has produced along with it.
