1) ask her to take all her cases back by declearing them to be false and planned.

2) ask her to disclose the names of all the instigators and false witnesses who helped her in filing the case.

3) ask her to appologise publically in print and electronic media as wel as in court.

4) ask her for MCD and after that if she wants to continue ask her to continue as living partner.

for such conditions she wont agree and problem is solved.

Probably she wouldnt have much proofs at the first 498A.

When she files 498A second time she would ensure that everything is meticoulously planned. By the time she is very well versed with court procedures /police procedures etc (thanks to first 498A) ..so she wont give any chance to you and your family 2nd time.

Think about it !

By the way this is common mentality of 498a girls , first she hurries to file 498A and ensure that everybody gets arrested. Then they see they are now not welcomed by society / husband and his family and slowly started feeling heat of being lonely and ignored by everybody (including their own family members). Pain becomes unbearable and she wants to come back stating / recalling all happy moments she had with husband. Then it becomes too late. 498A wife portrays husband as criminal at first point then they see that husband is not bending to her threat and the case as well , then she wants to come back seeing her future as dark as "Nobody would ever marry to that girl and her market value has eroded due to publicity (anti) thanks to our great gossiping society combining with age factor (read number of wrinkles and thick tiers around waist)"

Get her into enter into an MoU - whereby she accepts that 498a was filed without any basis. File a quashing petition on the basis of that MoU u/s 482 CrpC to the HIgh Court - get her statement recorded there.

ignore emotinal outbust.  The advise given by Mr Victim will close all ways of reconciliation which you  seem to be achieving.

Please read what Mr Chugh has stated.

First you will agree to live togather happily. Then on the basis of this agreement and reconciliation you mutually approach High Ciourt for closure of criminal case.

Good luck.  God is kind to very few.
