1. You will not be eligible to seek compassionate grounds job for same ground which your elder brother plead and got. The matter finishes then and there with his appointment. How many times one by one kith and kin of same employee who died in harness can seek appointments on same grounds? Then it will become sort of dynastic claim which is not permissible at all.
2. Now if your elder brother also dies in harness then his children / widow can seek the job on compassionate grounds (if available and they qualify for the same) and not you.
