What is the average fees of suprem court advocate?

Dear Querist,

Please note that quantum of fee would largely depend on (i) experience/status of the lawyers; (ii) subject matter, and party's ability / willingness to pay and ultimately, its the law yers conforts with the technological support services.

As regards fee for to day-to-day hearing, I do generaally charge a lumsum.

Trust this would suffice.

A thumb rule is that the fees correspond to the maximum that you can pay while taking you to the brink of financial ruin.

Also, if you engage a junior counsel; the Advocate on Record also takes a cut.
