Maharashtra purchasing agri land 4 development

Hello

We group of 40 ppl want to purchase a agri land and develop it. I am a farmer i can purchase land in maharashtra. I plan to purchase land on my name and then make it NA and then develop with 40 ppl. Should we create society /private firm or trust for developing and making payment i cant make payment from my accounts.please guide me.

Purchase the agri.land on your name convert it into NA plots and sale to other members.

thnx for reply sir.. we 40 people want to jointly develop it.. what should we form society cannot be formed on gaothan plot.so please guide thnx in advance
