Sub division of flat query

To all the members in these forum 

Sub-division of flats is posible under maharastra ownership of flats act follwing is d process

1. Member shud make request made in writing whose flat is reqd to be sub divided

2. A society shud pass a resolution to sub-divide flat in its general body meeting it is imp as property belongs to society funtions thru resolution 

3. upon which society will submit amended plan yo building proposals of BMC

4. On BMC approval such subdivision of flat can be physically done

5.Later society can admit new person as member
