S.377 of IPC. 

 

Section 377. Unnatural offences

Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with 1[imprisonment for life], or with imprisonment of either descripttion for term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

Child in question is male or female

 

if Female then u/s 376 IPC is attracted if there is specifically allegation in regard to rape or Section 354 IPC for outraging the modesty is called

if male the u//s 377 IPC as described by Suchitra. S
