Respected sir/madam,
1. I need rules and regulation for contract staff briefly.
2. We are 15 staff members working as DIRECT CONTRACT PARAMEDICAL staffs in one of AIIMS hospital in india. by open call for followed by written exam and interview.
3. we need some information such as how our salary fixed, no. of days of leaves per month, medical leave and other benefits, which is very much differ from regular staff, but we do same work and more working hours.
4. We need information about night duties such as how many days per week and hours and also information about night-off, com-of f, and working in saturday and sunday and also national holidays without any benefits such as com-off or wages, even though we are compel to work on our break days also, but our salary detected on break days.(OUR NIGHT DUTIES START ON EVERY FRIDAY, TIMINGS 9PM TO 7 AM AND END ON THURSDAY, friday and saturday half day leave given by department for working in saturday and sunday, nothing other than that).
