A certain work was awarded to a Contractor suppose A who further engaged a some sub contractors B & C. Some of the workers earlier working with Contractor A moblized to work with the subcontractor C. The main contractor A was paying certain minimum wages plus some allowances through his subcontractors B to the workers . But contractor C with whom some of the workers moblized to work with just paid the minimum wages and no allowance was paid as was paid by sub contractor B which created wage disparity among worker.
Please suggest is it possible that subcontractors working under same main contractor can have different wage structure and if there are some related case on which any judgement had been given please provide details
