Can any one provide me a sample contract for legal advisory appointment for cheque bouncing. And also the terms and conditions of legal fees for litigation as well as collection of the money as per contract under the cheque bouncing.

there is no such contract. You have to appoint a lawyer sign on vakalathnama. That is all. You lawyer will lookafter about your case.
