can any one guide or post model agreement or contract to be done between :
Developer/Builder AND labour contractor who is taking contract for actual construction with labour and material.
My specific question is:
1. what type of legal document is to be made when a Developer/Builder AND contractor (labour and material contract) want to enter in legal relationship?
agreement or contract is necessarily to be made and registered? (registration is getting too much costly for this contract)
OR
can builder issue work order in the name of Labour and material contractor
