Continuing study after joining a job.

I am a Primary school teacher, i have joined the service in 13th Feb,2017, when i joined to service i was studying in BA 3rd year, and th exam was on 28th of Feb the same year of my joining, but as my preparation for exam was not good i decided not to appear in the exam, so generally i became a CASUAL student from REGULAR student thus now I didn't have to join my classes. Then in the very next year i.e on 2018 i again didn't appear in the exams due some personal reasons, but now in 2019 I have appeared in the examination as the exams fell during the summer vacation i don't had to take any leave to appear in the exams. Now if i pass the exam can I show up the BA degree? Secondly do i need to write any application to the higher authority now?
P.S-Doing BA by any way didn't hamper my Duties, moreover as i was a casual student i don't need rather allowed by my college to attend classes! So there is no way class timings and the timing of my school clashed with each other.

Please suggest me....
