Contesting in Court

without registration document but Rs.100 stamp paper agreement can a person go to court against the agri land owner and that owner want sell it to other party ? stamped agreement without registration is valid him to contest in court?

Hi,

I am presuming this is with regards to a sale agreement which the owner is not willing to follow. An unregistered sale agreeement is not valid and gives you no authority over the land.
