On the SLP filed by tenant Supreme court dismmised the petition but on the request of the tenant allowed the time of 7 months to vacate the premises on the conditionof filing usual undertaking /affadavit before supreme court within 4 weeks from date of order but tenant did'nt filed the undertaking /affadavit within time limit or not filled atall what are the remidies available to landlady ?
