Consumer issue

Dear All,


Please help me in this regard...

My frd bought a mobile and now its not working properly, now a legal notice should me sent. I need to know to whom it is to be sent...

1. Mobile Shop (where mobile is bought)

2. Mobile Service Centre (where service is done but not satisfactory)

3. Mobile Company ( the mobile brand)

Whether to all the three?

Sequence-wise Remedial Steps

 

1.Visit Mobile company Exclusive service center.

 

2.If you don't get proper remedy,talk to the comapny's officials.

 

3.If you still don't get any remedy, move to Consumer Court.

First meet company consumer care centre. If the problems is not solved, then send a legal notice to the branded company.
