Please advise the Jurisdiction of court in the matter of complainant has booked tour plan online from Allahabad through travel agency in Delhi. Is there any citation issued from supreme court that Jurisdiction will be Allahabad in case of online booking

If there is any registered office in Allahabad then jurisdiction is allahabad other wise place were the registered office is located.
