Consumer court filing change of location.

dear members. I had carried out a number of transactions with a company online. the transactions started when I ws in chandigarh. thereafter I had moved to allahabad and had carried out a few transactions in a continuing process with them over the internet from allahabad.this series of transactions had been done from Jan 13 till Dec 13 . when I decided to make the complaint. I have approached their customer cae for a refund and haven't had any favourable response from them. Now I want to file a case against them fro poor sevices and misleading and non fulfillment of commitments. I am confsed as to which consumer forum should I approach. allahabad, where I reside currently or at Chandigarh.
