While seeking admission to BE course, college took my son's original statement of marks for both SSC and HSC for sending to University authorities. It was done for all students. My son's HSC mark sheet was returned after two years. Now it says SSC marksheet has not comeback from the University. Can we take the college/University to consumer court?
