Dear Sirs,
total 42 plats are in a project and avergae cost of each flat is 11 lacks only .now three members are seeking to file consumer complaint u/s 12 (1) (c) of consumer protection act in state forum by considering the judgement passed in CC/97/2016 by Honble NCDRC .Does this case meets the juridiction of state forum?.Does this case will be maintainable before state forum .All griveances are common one .

Thanks for ur reply .the reason why i am asking this lot of cases returned back by district forum due to juridicstion issue aftewr the decesion in case no CC/97/2016 .Tis includes my case also and now i am cautious before taking any call...Pls advice
