i have an 1acre agriculture land in chebrolu, it is a village coming under panchayath. (chebrolu, east godavari district, rajahmundry), we want to construct 3 houses in that land for myself and my sister and for my brother, what are the procedure to be followed, because we want to obtain a bank loan for construction

First seek conversion of the land use from agriculture to non-agriculture. Then, obtain approvals from the village panchayat. Submit all other documents required by the bank.
