Constitutional existence of 498-a

Hello all

Most respectfully I want to ask a question about the existence of 498-A constitutionally.

Please provide me the current status of Repealing and Amending Act, No. 19 of 1988, dated March 31, 1988.

Please provide your views also.

Supreme Court has thrown out that petition.

498a is constitutionally valid.
