Hi there ! I would like to confirm the consequences of delay in getting an agreement stamped after a period of about one month of its execution. Although as per section 17 of Indian Stamp Act, 1899, "All instruments chargeable with duty and executed by any person in [India shall be stamped before or at the time of execution".

Is it possible to make another agreement if both the parties agree.
