Conjugal Quash 498a, 125 and sec 9

Hi I got ex parte divorce in my favour on 8th May 2017. But my wife filed 498a, sec 125 and sec 9. I am residing in Odisha and her native in Assam, but she filed case in U.P. Can I Quash all cases filed by her ? is U.P HC will allow to Quash

Yes!ON the point of jurisdiction you can get all petitions filed by youND YOUR WIFE. QUASHED. IN hIGHCOURT.

Move appropriate petition before Allahabad High Court for quashing of case u/s 498A IPC, however, cases u/s 125 Cr PC and u/s 9 of the HMA can be settled amicbly or through mediation Family Court or High Court.
