Confirming party while registering a property.

sir,

I had entered into  a Regd Agreement  with A and paid fully but not registered.

I had taken Regd   Power of Attorney  in the  name  of  B to sell.

A is the owner. I am C , agreement  holder  . Now I would like to sell it to D.

Keeping A & B as Vendors and me C as Confirming party ,D_ is Buyer

Can C get the full consideration?  C got an affidavit  signed  by original owner authorizing  to pay

the full amount to C.

My Doubts:: C  provides PAN number . Would like to pay capital gains tax also in full.

Will Sub registrar send info to IT about original  owner or will he oblige to send C as beneficiary.

I do not want the original owner to get IT Notice .

Kindly clarify,

Thank you,

Rao.

Dear Sudersan Rao,

First of all you are the agreement holder, but you are not the owner.

The owner has already appoint "B" as Attorney holder, basing on the contents of the GPA and AOS, it depends to draft the Sale Deed.

Basing the contents of the documents, it depends IT officials to seek for income tax payment.
