There is a partition suit in civil court
Now we both parties are compromised in a way that plaintiff is withdrawing suit and plaintiff is confirming the original partition deed,for withdrawal of suit case am giving some amount,
what are the documents needed before the subregistrar?
is this the correct way what I am pursuing?
The proper way is submitting to the court for referring the matter to LOK ADALAT (LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY), submitting compromise deed through them to Registrar as Award. Court fees will be returned and this award can not be challenged by anyone of the parties or their legal heirs in the future and this is the proper way.
