Conducting agreement

Dear All,

I want to know that can a company who has taken a premises on lease through leave and license agreement can further sub-let the premises to its subisidary company through conducting agreement. If lease deed provides for the clause of sub-letting.

With regards,

Uttam Negi

If sub letting is permitted by the lease deed, then there should be no problem in subletting.

Normally sub letting is not permitted hence no.
