conditional will written by a Hindu woman

An conditional will is being executed by a Hindu woman on her self acquiried property. The will states to start school in said land. However it has been sold, can it be taken back and the purpose of will be fulfilled?

Will comes to force after testator dies .during his life time of testator can do whatever and can dispose his property which is in will.only the remaining properties in will can be executed.after his death.in Ur case it is only dead unexecutable will.

U have to file civil suit against them who sold and who purchased and have to prove genuiness of will and revoke the property from purchaser.
