Dear Sir,
In December-2012, the Government of Tamilnadu has issued a GO that, all the agreement for Sale and Construction are to be compulsorily registered.
I understand that many builders have challenged the order and obtained stay from the Honourable Madras high court.
Can any one give the details of the stay order or please send the copy of the order to my E-mail id
