Compromise petition in approved layout

I am looking for a site in approved layout in Bangalore. In mutation extract I could see that previous owner has stayed this and court has released this stay as compromise petition is filed. As per the Developer, there was a signature missing from one of the family member and this was settled out of the court by paying some money. Then compromise petition is filed in court and the previous owner has signed agreeing this. Can the previous owner again come back and create any issue legally or can this case be reopened again and have any legal issue in future inspite of previous owner agreeing in the compromise petition. This is a approved layout with banks clearing legal even after considering this issue for bank loan.
