kindly help with the law that is applicable to construct a compound at the pattana panchayat limits.
our fence was removed as part of drainage construction by the panchayat now we aren't allowed to construct the compound wall and request you to help with related information so that it would help me take further decision with the authority or legally
You cannot construct a compound wall in the government land or space belonging to government.
The drainage space is the government property.
Hence if you are really interested in constructing a compound wall,. you may construct the same within your own property, to which the village panchayat cannot raise any objection.
You cannot legally claim any right over government's property hence you better analyse the situation and work out a proper strategy in this regard.
