I want know about completion certificate has been issued or not to builder. if builder not giving reply.I had also done RTI about the same but returned it.from where I can find?Is this legal to take or sell the flat without registration of builder under west Bengal housing industry regulating authority if builder not obtain completion certificate and if the area of land is more than 2000 sq meter.
you can check with the municipal corporation office having building proposal department. They will share the documents with you under RTI .
