Complaint to acb (anti-corruption bureau) against 498a wife

Hi Sir, Wife filed 498a on me and mentioned in the FIR saying 15lakhs dowry given and 150grams gold given at the time of marriage by her parents. Wife’s FATHER is LIC Agent and MOTHER is House wife and her elder SISTER is Government employee (Married). Wife’s father and mother admitted that he allegedly given dowry and abetted for his daughter’s marriage.

1.Can I file Complaint to ACB (Anti-Corruption Bureau) against Wife’s father and Wife’s Elder Sister is Government employee (Married) and Wife’s mother? If so, Is FIR sufficient to file or any other documents required to file complaint. Please advice. ( In FIR wife mentioned only parents’ names but her elder sister is Government employee)

2.Can I file complaint against WIFE’S sister (Govt employee) for violation of Service and Conduct Rules? If so what documents required Please advsie.

3.Is it possible to me to make any complaint against her parents and her sister as per law . Please advise.

Thanks..

first of all what is the crime your wife's parents and elder sister has committed so that you can file an fir in anti corruption burreau ? what will be their offence? if they lie in 498a fir then also everybody will believe them and nobody will believe you. people think that you are a bad guy and so think the judge.

what will be good for you is that you will try to fight this 498a case with all your power. what exactly your wife's problem? why she filed a 498a in the first place?

forget filing fir with acb. you will say 10 truths and she will say 1 lie and everybody believed her.

you can file tax evasion petition (tep) on them.ask them to produce the receipts for the jewels they alleged to have given you.if they produce and you suspect it to be fake file an rti with sales tax/vat departments to prove they are fake.if you counter with any of the steps said they might be pushed to accept the truth

LIC agent is not public servant.

Take a copy of their 498 A application as submitted to Police station with full stamp and signed of the authorised signatory of the Police station or either thru RTI.

Then this copy should be filed to Concerned Commissioner of Income Tax as they must have filed their ITR's as well as it has to be brought in notice how they made a huge transactions. Moreover their statement that they got it thru relatives can't be accepted as in such case also they need to pay the gift tax. Moreover, in such case, their all relatives will become party that weather they gave such costly gifts or not.

I am sure nobody will enter into such issues, just for saying they have given the gifts....Why anybody will want to move to income tax office for this....

Everybody has own life problem,

This way you may punish your inlaws....however fight 498A case based on merits....

WE ALL MENS ARE AGAINST EACH OTHER ONLY. A WOMAN IF SHE IS YOUR SISTER OR ELSE ANY FRIEND OF YOURS WOULD SAYS SHE IS VICTIM, WE BELIEVE WITHOUT EVEN A HITCH AND THAT IS THE MATTER WHY WE MAN ARE PROSECUTED, HARASSED AND VICTIMIZED.

MOREOVER YOU CAN FILE A CASE AGAINST IN LAWS ALSO AS TAKING DOWRY AND GIVING DOWRY ARE EQUALLY PUNISHABLE OFFENCE...

THANKS

this way you maybe able to prove that they were compelled to shell out dowry beyond paying capacity.
