If any male candidate is going under consented Divorce process then can he prepare for compititions.
As there will b compulsion to attend frequent case hearings in case he lives very far from trial court area .
is it very tough or ordinary?
Please anybody share on the basis of experience or knowledge .
Because my cousin has stuck in this situation n puzzled about studies now .
you can seek permission through your lawyer but giving permission is subject to the discretion power of court.
