Compassionate job

My father death happened when he was still in service, the compassionate job was given to my brother after me and my mother agreed for it, but he resigned it since he didn't like the job.. am i eligible now to apply for the same compassionate job!

Dear querist,

Job on compassionate ground is not transferable you are not at liberty to resign from one job then again apply for job.

Moreover you may enquire from concern department.
