Compassinate appointment

Sir

My name is kiishore

My father worked as typist in hr & ce, due illness he passed away on 2008

and i have applied for compassinate ground appoinment and on 2010 i have appointed as J.E

after 3.5 years some one makes complaint on me,

hr & ce department have moves files to depromote me as Office Assistant.

please help me if i have go the court.... my case will win?....

Please advice me...................

first of all you are not indicating whether it was a Govt employment.

Then you are not indicating what as the complaint.

If it is govt job then you have not indicated on whcih GP you were appointed and on which GP you are being reverted.
