Hello Sir,
I was working with OffShore Development Company as BDE, I resigned this company. But company is not providing me my Last Slary, From -16, last 3 month salary slip. His Owner is working with some international Company and not living in India and his manager is handling all operations of this company but I don’t know why he Is not providing my final settlements he told me that I am not having any rights to give you documents.
I am having recorded all last time discussion in my mobile. I tried to email to owner of the company and Manager of Company but they are not respond me any single email. They provide me experience latter only.
So please let me know the legal process so I can take a legal help of labor court.
