Company not give full and final

My previous company in Kolkata. I work there 3 months. One day company owner say by mail, not need your service from next day. Now he not take handover officially. And not given my balance salary for 2 month. I have joining letter. But not have any attendance record. Now can I take any action against him , to get my salary? Please help me, to find way....

You may do the following 

1. Challenge the illegal termination. 

2. Accept the illegal termination but claim notice pay if any.

3. Demand your outstanding wages. 

 

Choice is yours.
